Let me see your screen

If I am helping you over the phone, this is all it takes:

1. Download the app for your computer below and open it. There is nothing to install.
2. Read me the ID number it shows.
3. When I connect, a window will pop up asking if I can. Click Accept.

Nobody can connect unless you click Accept, and you can end the session any time by closing the app.

Not sure which Mac you have? Click the Apple menu, then About This Mac. If it says Apple M1, M2, M3 or M4, use the first button. The first time, your Mac will ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for InCentre-Support. I will walk you through it.

Other options

The standard RustDesk app also works with our server. You would need to set it up by hand and read me a password as well as the ID.
